united states of random objects

I'm really enjoying watching Frank Chimero's latest illustration project develop. He's drawing all the states in the US of A, filling in the shapes with various objects...

Here are California as a cigarette, Colorado as a cassette, and Wyoming as a TV:



It's slowly starting to come together really nicely - or, as the artist himself says, "This feels pretty schizophrenicly awesome." I agree.
