Black Cab Sessions

It seems that the Brits are either paying homage to or trying to outdo the French!

The Black Cab Sessions, which are sort of similar to the Concerts-a-emporter (or "Take Away Shows") of Paris (hence the above comment), are "all about great music" and the simple backseat of a cab makes for "a venue [that] strips this to its essence." They've got quite a collection going so far... they "aren't picky about genre and will happily open the cab door to anyone who blows [them] away."

I've only watched Peter and the Wolf so far and am already hooked!

P.S. Fittingly, they have Jens Lekman, singing Black Cab - with nothing but a kalimba! I love those things.
